Lovely 3 tier white wedding cake

To decorate this cake, you will need to bake 6,8,10 inch stacked cake layers . Frost with white buttercream  and smooth. For the piping on borders of cake use number #8 piping tip.
For draped fabric, use wafer paper. Mist or use an airbrush to mist wafer paper with water just enough to soften and make sticky, about two times.  It helps to moisten the outer edges more than the center. Crumple wafer paper with both hands to create fabric folds, slightly tucking corners under. If paper is too dry, mist with more water. If paper is too wet, start over with another sheet. Create 4 pieces and set aside to dry.
Airbrush entire cake with  Shimmer color pearlescent gold. Once wafer paper is dry and able to hold its shape, airbrush paper with  Shimmer color pearlescent gold. This will slightly soften paper to help shape  it to  the cake as you apply. Start at the top and press wafer paper firmly into icing. If icing is too set to stick, pipe a small amount of icing behind wafer paper to adhere. Work your way down the cake creating a cascade of fabric folds. You may only need 3 pieces depending on the height of your layers. Using dots of icing, place Gumpaste Roses.  Using  tweezers,  place  white Nonpareils into piping gel and adhere to wafer paper and cake to create detail. Place White Rose Gum Paste Flower at top of cake.
